At Paboy Home, we want you to be delighted with your handmade cushions and home textiles. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our studio address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
